Delivery & Returns

Ireland & Northern Ireland

Your Home & Garden offer FREE standard delivery for all orders over €50 delivered to addresses within the Island of Ireland. We have a flat shipping rate of €6.99 for anything under €50.

Guaranteed "Next Day" or Timed delivery within Ireland can be arranged for extra costs, please call for details. Cost will depend on a number of factors such as the weight and dimensions of parcels and final delivery address.


Delivery to the UK is by application. We would ask customers to contact us in advance to get a quote for shipping to your chosen country. Export shipping cost depends on a number of factors. Delivery rates do not include certain local customs duty’s etc. These must be settled by the client. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

EU & International Orders

Delivery to EU / Rest of the world is by application. Please email us for rates and we will quote you. Delivery rates do not include certain local customs duty, etc. These must be settled by the client.

Delivery Timescales & Additional Information

Delivery time can take from 2 to 10 working days. All orders are shipped via a trackable courier service. We use the following companies; Fastway, GLS Ireland, DPD, Nightline Group. In some cases small orders for parts/small items etc will be sent by standard postal service.

Standard delivery is normally within 7 working days from order. For items which are not in stock and need to be put on back order, we will endeavour to deliver within 28 days. Certain items may be special order, and in such cases we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

We recommend that, if possible, you get items shipped to your place of work, so that delivery will be completed promptly and goods can be signed for with our carrier. All orders must be accompanied with at least one phone number (mobile or landline). Due to new carrier restrictions we are unable to ship certain liquids or gels or chemicals.

Delays & Damage

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by courier companies we use. All customers are advised to fully inspect all items prior to signing for delivery. As of January 2012- claims for damage, or product shortage(s) must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours.


Items sent back to us due to defect or warranty issue must be brought to our attention via email to and include your order reference number. this link. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if this procedure is not followed. Due to carrier insurance restrictions, the maximum value of any claim for damage is limited to the terms of the specific carrier who delivers the goods. These will differ from company to company. Please note that large/heavy items may not be collected by Fastway for returns due to size in cases of returning non-damaged or faulty goods.
